gpgmepp: Add workaround for build error with MSVC 2022

In the third pipeline the build of gpgmepp with MSVC 2022 was tested successfully.

Previously, the build error was reproduced e.g. in job https://invent.kde.org/packaging/craft-blueprints-kde/-/jobs/2045347.
