Package APKs from the image dirs rather than the Craft root

Volker Krause requested to merge work/vkrause/apk-package-from-image into master

This allows us to benefit from the much more fine grained controls in Craft regarding what exactly goes into the APK, which is rather limited and painful to do with androiddeployqt and/or Gradle.

Depends on frameworks/extra-cmake-modules!404 (merged).
