On Windows, Qt expects translations files below bin
According to the below bugs and to tests by myself Qt expects its .qm files in bin/translations (resp. in the folder translations "relative to the directory containing the application executable"; https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qt-conf.html#overriding-paths)
This change may break applications which use individual workarounds for fixing the Qt translations.
