Unsupported runtimes should be marked end-of-life
Hi,
It looks like KDE 5.12 is no longer updated, but is not marked end-of-life:
$ flatpak remote-info flathub org.kde.Platform//5.12

This matters because Flatpak uses end-of-life information to warn users about using unsupported runtimes, and also to uninstall the runtimes once they are both unused and end-of-life.
There's information here about how to mark something as end-of-life when it's built by flathub infra: https://github.com/flathub/flathub/wiki/App-Maintenance#end-of-life
That probably doesn't apply here since the KDE runtimes are built outside Flathub, but the process of marking old branches end-of-life should still be simple.
