Revert "Add libplasma, needed for some apps"

Timothée Ravier requested to merge ravier/flatpak-kde-runtime:qt6.6-no-libplasma into qt6.6

Only some apps depend on it and they can add it in their manifests.

This reverts commit b0f6cc27.
