Improves the script to search for new versions of components

Goes through the git components (or those coming from github) and sees if we are not using the latest released tag and suggests newer ones to use.

Marking as WIP as it needs cleaning up and would like to know if others think it could be useful somehow. It could easily be used locally or even as part of a CI.
