tellico: Add KHTML dependency

Without declaring this dependency, Tellico fails to build with error:

Last 15 lines from Library/Logs/Homebrew/tellico/01.cmake:
  Could not find a package configuration file provided by "KF5KHtml"

With KHTML, Tellico builds successfully.
