This was quite a difficult update with issues everywhere... The current state of the MR compiles packagegroup-plasma-mobile-workspace without issues, though I have a few further tweaks that I want to make before it is merged. No runtime testing was done yet, too.
Notable changes:
- Plasma update to 5.24.2
- new backports because of Plasma dependencies: wayland, libinput, wayland-protocols
- new packaged support packages: libqalculate
- additional new internal native packages for kwin, which provides a trivial (but hard to build) host tool
- rename of plasma-mobile package
