Extend license check class and add QA checks

New features:

• add checksum generator support for complex license statement expressions (or, and, braces)
• add (opt-in) QA check that tells if a framework has other licenses than used in the recipe metadata
• add KDE specific license to Yocto's custom licenses when using this header
