kdnssd: fix license type

If the wrong license is present, it errors out with the following:

ERROR: kdnssd-5.247.0-r0 do_populate_lic: License not in LICENSES/ file, check license statement: LGPL-2.0-only

The actual license file that is present is LGPL-2.0-or-later not LGPL-2.0-only.
