[runner] Filter out email matches where writing doesn't make sense

The runner can return lots of matches for email addresses where writing doesn't make sense, because they aren't associated with a human contact

These often are of the pattern noreply@something.com

Also filter out some automatic emails from Git forges like Github and Gitlab, where writing doesn't make sense either
