Draft: Open config of agents with dbus

Very early progress, works but crash once the config is closed

todo:

  • Check if AkonadiControl would be the best place for that? If it crash akonadi is in a rather bad results as some resources are not properly disconnected
  • Make it not crash
  • Polish kdepim-runtime!113
