Fix loading/saving resource config file in config dialog when using Akonadi Instances

Daniel Vrátil requested to merge work/dvratil/config-widget-instance-config-filename into release/24.08

The code generated wrong config file name - it was akonadi_foo_resource_0rc_instance instead of akonadi_foo_resource_0_instancerc, causing the config plugins to save configuration to wrong files that did not match what actual Resources are expecting.

This had no effect when using the default instance, so it did not affect any regular users.
