Itemfetch size limit

Konrad Czapla requested to merge kondzio/akonadi:feature_itemfetch_size_limit into master

Implementation of setLimit in ItemFetchJob. SQL queries are adjusted in FetchHelper on the Akonadi server. Now it allow sending limit to the server as part of the command.
