Improve the printed to-do list

Glen Ditchfield requested to merge gditchfield/calendarsupport:print-todo into release/21.04
  • Keep the due dates inside the page margins.
  • Allow for localized headers and data.
  • Allow for multi-line summaries.
  • Move the completion percentage bar down to the baseline.
  • The "Title" header did not line up with anything; remove it.
