Revert merge request 14

@kfunk @winterz I'm pretty sure that MR14 has a bad side effect.

  • Switch to Agenda view.
  • Create a daily recurring event.
  • Dissociate the second occurrence.
  • Close and reopen KOrganizer.

When I do this, the dissociated occurrence is displayed twice. When I revert MR14, the display is normal.

I think there's a bug deeper in, and MR14 moved the symptoms to a more visible place.

A release is coming soon. I propose reverting the change unless a better fix appears.
