AgendaView: fix layout issues in the side-by-side agenda view

The time labels were not visible and were not offset correctly. This change contains a small refactor where the calendar title shown in the side-by-side agenda view is now integrated into the AgendaView itself, which makes it easier to calculate the offsets for the time labels.
