Preserve tags when creating instances

Glen Ditchfield requested to merge gditchfield/incidenceeditor:item-for-tags into release/20.12

Pass an Item instead of an Incidence so that any tags added to the new incidence will be passed along with it.

Note: depends on akonadi-calendar!4 (merged)
