Fix incidencedatetimetest run on Jenkins

The IncidenceEditor dialog has an IncidenceCategories subeditor that causes Akonadi to start, causing the Jenkins job to time out.

@winterz I'm not certain of the correct procedure at this stage of the release cycle; should this be merged to the release branch, then master?
