Redesign journey stop delegate

Carl Schwan requested to merge work/carl/rework-alignment-journey-stop into master

  • Ensure everything is alligned on a line instead of having the station name and platform being centered between the arrival and departure line

  • Make departure and arrival station bold as they are the most important

  • Add a tooltip for the button

  • And some minor coding style improvements
