LiveStatusPage: Hide unsupported features

If a backend doesn't support certain information at all (e.g. DB Zugportal does not support position information), don't offer this tab. Otherwise we'll leave the user waiting on a "Fetching data..." screen which will never receive any data.

My S-Bahn journey directly open son the "Journey" tab and doesn’t offer the map at all.
