Add pkpass thumbnailer

It shows the thumbnail (e.g. a movie poster), when available, alternatively the logo or icon (e.g. airline logo)

One of those things where I think "hmm, it's kinda useless" but whenever open my downloads folder I'm like "that's kinda cool".
