Update systray to use symbolic icon
Following the example at utilities/yakuake@a7f4bb61 kalarm-symbolic is available in breeze: https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/breeze-icons/-/blob/master/icons/apps/22/kalarm-symbolic.svg
If [kalarm-symbolic] doesn't exist in the icon theme, it will safely fall back to the base icon.
