Reenable lunarphases korganizer plugin, use icon instead of text

On icons: Currently more a draft for testing things, need more tweaking (especially by real icon designers ;) ) sc-status-moon-phase-full.svg is a copy of Breeze's weather-clear-night.svg of KF 5.84, with the other icons derived from it. Plan would be to add these icons to Breeze & Oxygen icon sets, Given semantics of look of icons depends on hemisphere for the partial-shaded moon shapes, open question is whether there should be explicit separate copies in the icon sets for north & south (and does equatorial need yet another set? no clue there yet) or if icon consumers are expected to rotate north-hemisphere-centric icons as needed?
