Re-add servicetype for pimeventsplugin

Kishore Gopalakrishnan requested to merge kishoreg/kdepim-addons:fix_digital_clock_pimevents into release/21.08

The removal of this in commit 95186ed5 breaks the configuration page in Plasma's Digital Clock settings.
