Port KAB import/export plugins to KPimAddressBookImportExport library

This is the "new" library that is installed by KAddressBook - contains code moved in from the kf5kaddressbookimportexport library that was in kdepim-apps-libs, as well as the contents of the 'shared' subdirectory from here.
