Add default ews base url

Eric Armbruster requested to merge work/eric/ews-default-base-url into master

This adds https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx as default base url. The url is used by Microsoft365 family by default.

The current situation is that you need to lookup this URL is a bit inconvenient. So at least set it to a default Microsoft ews URL if you are not using your own server.

Untested.
