Remove support for tomoboynotes
- Tomboy-ng doesn't implement this REST API anymore
- All the server implementation I found online are not maintained anymore. E.g. https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/grauphel which only supports Nextcloud up to 26.
- The tomboynotes resources has it's own oauth2 stack which need replacing with the one from Qt.
