Remove Akonadi Relations support from resources

It was mentioned (but not really used) in both Google and IMAP resources. In the Kolab Resource, this was somewhat implemented, but seemingly only used to sync relations from server to Akonadi, syncing the other way around doesn't seem to have been actually called anywhere. One more reason to kill Akonadi Relations for good...
