Remove KAlarm Akonadi resource

KAlarm no longer uses the Akonadi resource. This removes the resource, which is now unmaintained, from kdepim-runtime.

This does not prevent KAlarm upgrades from migrating legacy KAlarm Akonadi resource configurations.

Once this has been committed, kalarmcal will no longer need to be an independent repository, and can be moved into the kalarm repository instead.
