Re-enable QRESYNC features in KIMAP.

@vkrause, @lbeltrame could you guys please try to build KIMAP from this branch, recompile kdepim-runtime and test it? If there's an issue, could you please try to get a debug output from Akonadi during the sync?

I tried syncing a 15MB email and it all went well, although I only tested against cyrus-imap, I don't have Dovecot server atm.
