fix: add amsbus e-ticket with reservation code only format

This Merge adds extractor option for Amsbus tickets without ticket barcode.

These tickets use a weird system of so called "e-Ticket Codes" and are handled as reservation numbers in the extractor. These tickets are sold under the Amsbus brand not the IDOS nor CP.sk brands.

Again adding the weird price handler as it used 123,- Kč type of price
