Add extractor for Feratel cards

This seems to be a popular infrastructure provider for tourism discount cards in Austria.

I only have a sample set of 1 :) but with that I can now add the "Salzburger Sportwelt Card" to KDE Itinerary and get its QR code displayed, as well as my name, validity from/to in Itineary timeline.
