Ignore creation date for PDFsharp PDFs

Most Eurowings boardingpass PDFs I have with this creator have a bogus date somewhere in 2019, which results in the extractor thinking a flight in 2022 is actually in 2012.

I have some that are correct and some that are just "PDFSharp" (without that version) that are correct but most of them have this exact version and are wrong.
