Add Sunny Cars extractor

Kai Uwe Broulik requested to merge work/kbroulik/sunnycars-pkpass into master

Allows to show rental car pick up and return time in the timeline.

Imported the pkpass linked from their booking PDF and had it shown in the timeline rather than under Passes & Programs.

Sadly, I don’t know how it behaves if pickup and dropoff are different locations.

Also, the actual rental company is only mentioned in directions “Please go to the desk in the arrival of Terminal abc” as well as the thumbnail.png
