Added Flibco parser

Added parser for Flibco PDF.

Note: tickets are valid for a whole day, not for a specific time. Departure and arrival datetimes are set within the entire valid interval.

Fun fact: I've tested this on the Charleroi/Bruxelles ticket used to reach FOSDEM 2024, where I first met the KItinerary project ;-)
