Draft: Update about dialog authors

This MR is supposed to be discussion starting point

  • Move former developers to credit section and only keep active developer in author section
  • Change maintainers to developers
  • Put g10 code in name of active authors paid by g10 code to work on Kleopatra. Alternatively we can have g10 code as a separate author
