Improve title for notepad error dialogs

Tobias Fella requested to merge work/tobias/error-in-crypto-action into master

This is for two error dialogs in the notepad; one of them is a general dialog for any error and the other one shows up when the protocol can't be automatically determined from the data.

  • "crypto action" is jargon, replace with "Failed to Decrypt / Verify" / "Failed to Sign and Encrypt"
  • Title case
  • While the strings are being changes anyway, make the context slightly more precise
