Use oauth2 for SMTP if supported

Kishore Gopalakrishnan requested to merge kishoreg/kmail-account-wizard:gmail_oauth_smtp_master into master

With this change, new account creation through the wizard uses SMTP/oauth2 where supported (e.g. gmail accounts) Earlier, it would just be set to 'plain'.
