Port summary KCM loading to KPluginMetaData

The new code loads the KCMs from the pim/kcms/summary namespace.

Marking this as a draft for now, because it will need some cleanup & deprecation of the virtual configModules method.

@mlaurent Is this conceptually a good way to go?
