Make checkbox label semantically more restrictive (only one mailing list)

Before: “Folder holds a mailing list”

After: “Folder holds a mailing list (only one, and nothing else)”

Reason: If there are more than one mailing list in this folder, actions like “Reply...” sometimes do unexpected things. :/
