Fixed composer settings layout

Tobias Leupold requested to merge tleupold/kmail:composer_settings_layout into master

This is only a small change, but it fixes the layout of the composer settings. At least for the German locale, the current grid layout arrangement causes the settings window to grow way too wide and a horizontal scrollbar to appear. This arranges the group boxes in a QVBoxLayout, cf. https://imgur.com/a/nzEWI6l
