- To make kontact plugin loading work with that I removed the plugin
  stuff from the prefs object and instead use KPluginInfo now.
- Adjusted all plugin desktop files to provide information for KPluginInfo.
- Removed the X-KDE-KontactIdentifier property since this is handled by
  KPluginInfo now.
