Adapt code to GenerateProperties=true in CalendarSettings

This change the return type the Item from KConfigSkeletonGenericItem to KConfigCompilerSignallingItem.

Which are similar but not quite the same (the KConfigCompilerSignallingItem is a wrapper around the GenericItem) so add an overload for that in addWidBool.
