Support multiple calendars per EventView
This change adapts KOrganizer to the changes in EventViews to support multiple calendars - specifically one calendar for each Akonadi Collection to display.
There's still ETMCalendar used internally inside KOrganizer, but this is the
first step towards getting rid of it and building directly on top of ETM.
Depends on akonadi-calendar!67 (merged) and eventviews!88 (merged).
