Change 'standard calendar' wording to 'default calendar'

Glen Ditchfield requested to merge gditchfield/korganizer:standard-calendar into master

The handbook and settings dialog refer to the 'standard calendar'. It is not clear which calendar that is. The rest of the UI calls that calendar the 'default' calendar.

I wonder if the 'standard calendar' phrasing predates Akonadi and once referred to ~/.kde/share/apps/korganizer/std.ics?
