Trigger the reminder daemon fallback start code also in Kontact

Volker Krause requested to merge work/vkrause/reminder-daemon-fallback-start-for-kontact into release/22.04

The reminder daemon is usually started via autostart and session management, so this is just an additional safety net. But still there is no reason to limit this to standalone Korganizer.
