Fix org.kde.korgac.desktop: GenericName[zh_TW]
I'm not much into Taiwanese Mandarin, but this KOrganizr doesn't look right regardless of locale. To the best of my knowledge (I used to speak mainland mandarin chinese), they are not that far from each other to corrupt foreign/english literals at will.
