Current tasks in window caption

David Stächele requested to merge davidstl/ktimetracker:window-task-title into master

Add an option to display the currently active tasks and the session times in the window caption instead of the currently opened ical file.

There is a new Window Title setting in the settings "Appearance" section that lets users switch between the current behaviour (display the currently opened ical file) and the the new one (display the active tasks).

The default for this setting is the current behaviour, so users who don't actively change this setting are not affected by this new feature.
