Calendar API: implement support for Event.eventType

According to Google, they will start sending the 'workingLocation' events by default soon, unless we explicitly specify the types of events that we are interested in (and 'workingLocation' events we are not interested in at this point, since we cannot support them properly in KOrganizer (yet)).
